Quality Engineer

Role Overview

Develops and improves Quality processes by studying product design, researching Quality practices and capabilities, and reviewing manufacturing methods and standard practices.

What You Will Do

Respond to customer inquiries, provide technical sales support, generate quotations, visit key accounts, communicate daily issues, maintain accurate sales data, and manage new product and critical orders.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Requires a technical knowledge of Miller Fabrication Solutions applications and products, understanding of ISO regulations, and ability to work independently with limited supervision.

Requirements

• Associate degree (A.A.)
• 5 plus years related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• Ability to effectively communicate/present information
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision
• Flexibility in working hours
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to read and understand blueprints/technical drawings
