Customer Experience Specialist responsible for cultivating and promoting long-term customer partnership with key accounts, providing extensive service and consultation to MillerKnoll's Distribution network and primary cross functional areas.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent years of experience
- 6-7 years' experience in a customer service professional, sales, or a direct commercial customer contact position
- Experience with sales operations or in contract furniture industry with strong understanding of market and distribution channel
