Customer Service Specialist

Customer Service Specialist works directly with customers and representatives on sales quotations, status calls, delivery, and service. Builds customer and representative relations, provides price quotations, and provides customer support on motorized projects. Ensures excellent customer service and documentation is essential.

Requirements

• Minimum of one-year experience in the wholesale home furnishings industry
• Excellent verbal and writing skills
• Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with good sales and customer service skills
• Word-processing computer experience
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
