Job Description
The Senior Transformation Program Manager is accountable for the end-to-end coordination, governance, and execution of transformation programs, driving enterprise-level initiatives that influence organizational direction and deliver measurable business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, business, marketing or a related field
- 7+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs
- Extensive experience with contract ERPs and business model
- Demonstrated experience operating with executive stakeholders
- Strong understanding of program governance, dependency management, and integrated delivery models
