Sample Librarian

Join Holly Hunt as a Sample Librarian and be a part of a team that defines modern luxury interiors. As a Sample Librarian, you will be responsible for filling and maintaining all memo samples, ensuring clients receive missing requests as quickly as possible, and maintaining the textile area on the showroom floor. You will work in a fast-paced environment, on your feet most of the day, and be a team player.

Requirements

• Fill sample requests and order missing samples for clients
• Maintain sample room inventory; keep all inventory levels current and order samples
• Maintain textile area on showroom floor
• Handle client/sales associate requests
• Assist Outside Sale Associate
• Maintain marketing and sales tools
• Maintain tear sheet library inventory
• Shipping and receiving responsibilities
• Order office supplies
• Maintain showroom floor appearance
• Be a team player
• Acknowledge every client that comes into the showroom
