MDM Data Engineer

Milliman is seeking a skilled MDM Engineer to play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, quality, and seamless migration of data throughout its transformation program. The role will lead the design, development, and deployment of comprehensive MDM solutions, collaborate with business stakeholders, and implement data integration pipelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in data engineering, with a proven track record of MDM implementations
• Strong functional knowledge of reference data sources and domain-specific data standards
• Expertise in MDM tool like Profisee, Boomi, Reltio
• Experience in data and app integration tools like Azure Data Factory, Boomi, Snaplogic, Workato
• Proficiency with SQL, Python and experience working with relational databases
• Strong experience with data analysis, data profiling, data mapping, and ETL processes
• Experience with Fabric Azure cloud platform
• Familiarity with CI/CDCD practices, tools, and automation pipelines
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across business and technical teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced project environment
