Milliman's CMH Health Practice is looking for a Power BI Analyst with a strong data visualization background to join their vibrant, dynamic, and growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work in a wide variety of markets within the healthcare industry, while working alongside some of the leading experts in the field.
Requirements
- Develop, maintain, and manage advanced reporting, analytics, dashboards, and other business intelligence (BI) solutions and data visualization solutions across multiple platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or others).
- Perform data analysis, data validation, and exploratory data analysis (EDA) to support strategic insights.
- Incorporate AI-assisted analytics (e.g., predictive modeling, natural language querying, automated insights) into reporting workflows where applicable.
- Work with stakeholders to identify business requirements and deliver comprehensive BI solutions that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Ensure compliance with all Milliman required Quality Risk Management requirements.
