Job Description
The Level 3 Cyber Systems Administrator serves as a senior technical contributor responsible for advanced system administration, infrastructure optimization, incident resolution, and engineering support in a complex enterprise environment.
Requirements
- Lead monitoring and health assessments of enterprise infrastructure and mission systems
- Perform advanced troubleshooting of complex system, network, and virtualization issues
- Execute and oversee system patching, maintenance, upgrades, and lifecycle management
- Drive incident response coordination, root cause analysis, and resolution documentation
- Partner with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to plan and execute engineering activities
- Provide cybersecurity compliance support and audit readiness assistance
- Identify inefficiencies and implement system performance optimizations
- Mentor junior administrators and support operational best practices
- Contribute to process engineering and infrastructure modernization efforts
