Distribution Group Manager

As a Distribution Group Manager at Milwaukee Tool, you will be responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient operation of a defined area within the distribution center. You will lead a team and develop them in the same manner, ensuring accurate and prompt deliveries to internal and external customers. You will also be responsible for maintaining department operations within budgetary constraints and evaluating employee performance.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
• More than five years of progressive supervisory or professional experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• Self-starter with initiative
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and changing priorities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated computer literacy
