Sr. Distribution Manager (2nd, 3rd & Weekend shifts)

Responsible for safety, productivity, and quality in a multi-site, high-volume distribution center. Ensures operations meet on-time shipping requirements for a large customer base via truckload, LTL, and parcel shipments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, or Production & Operations Management
• 5+ years leading distribution teams
• Exceptional knowledge of distribution principles, WMS, and Automation Systems
• Excellent analytical and logic thinking skills
• Lean principles knowledge, including Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen, Communication Tools, and Problem Solving
• Excellent organizational skills and knowledge of production systems and techniques
• Great verbal, written, and interpersonal communications skills
