Mimecast is seeking a Senior Sales Enablement Business Partner (EMEA) to drive sales enablement and pipeline growth for EMEA sales leadership.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a revenue-facing role within B2B SaaS or technology
- 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales role
- Deep knowledge of sales methodologies and a history of successfully embedding them into enablement programs
- Strong understanding of EMEA market dynamics, including regional buyer behaviors and multilingual selling environments
- Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for delivering engaging enablement sessions across time zones
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement
- Experience with enablement platforms (Seismic preferred), CRM systems (Salesforce), and virtual collaboration tools
