Job Description
Mimica is looking for a Demand Generation Manager to build and own its enterprise pipeline engine, designing a balanced, scalable inbound + marketing-sourced engine that drives qualified enterprise pipeline and translates into real revenue impact.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS demand generation with direct pipeline ownership.
- Strong track record of building digital-first campaigns that generate qualified pipeline.
- Ability to translate market feedback into messaging and campaign improvements.
- Comfortable operating across both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- Strong understanding of paid channels (LinkedIn, Google), SEO, email, and conversion optimization.
- Analytical mindset with experience in attribution, experimentation, and funnel optimization.
