Requirements
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in case management, care coordination, or behavioral health services
- Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
