Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in healthcare, behavioral health, human services, or related field preferred
• 1–2 years of experience in case management, care coordination, or behavioral health services
• Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain upon hire
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EHR systems and HIPAA compliance
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
