AI Automation & Operations Specialist responsible for leveraging AI tools to streamline and automate business operations across Legal, HR, Finance, and Research departments. The role requires a bridge between technical AI capabilities and core business functions.
Requirements
- Use AI tools to assist with legal research, contract drafting, and compliance tasks
- Support accounting and financial documentation, reporting, and data organisation
- Assist with HR documentation, hiring processes, and internal policies
- Conduct business, legal, and market research
- Help implement AI systems and workflow automation across the company
- Organise company documents, filings, and operational processes
