Minderoo Foundation is seeking two Impact & Insights Principals to support the Gender Equality and Communities Focus Areas. The successful candidates will support Executive Directors and Focus Area teams to shape portfolios that are strategically coherent, evidence-led and focused on systems-level change.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in impact measurement, evaluation, learning and reporting within complex organisations or systems-focused initiatives
- Strong understanding of qualitative and quantitative evaluation methods, tools and frameworks, with experience generating insights to inform strategy and decision-making
- Proven experience facilitating strategic discussions, workshops and decision-making processes, including navigating complexity, differing perspectives and conflict
- Strategic planning, program design and portfolio coordination experience, preferably in related field(s) and contexts
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to analyse, synthesise and communicate complex information clearly and concisely
- Strong collaboration and influencing skills, with experience working effectively in matrixed environments and across diverse internal and external stakeholders
- Relevant postgraduate qualification (e.g. economics, social sciences, evaluation or related field), or equivalent professional experience
- A passion for tackling big, systemic problems to catalyse change at scale.
