Manage and develop Mindful Chef’s customer community and advocacy initiatives, building meaningful customer connections, driving engagement and loyalty, and supporting long-term retention and customer lifetime value.
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement
- Experienced in planning and delivering community content, initiatives or events
- Qualified in Marketing, Communications, Community Management or a related discipline, or have equivalent practical experience
- Familiar with referral, loyalty or advocacy programmes
- Passionate about food, health and sustainability
