Business Development Manager - Mental Health Care

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join Mindful Therapy Group as we expand into new markets and deepen our presence in existing ones. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, agencies, and other strategic partners to ensure a steady flow of high-quality referrals, while also working to recruit top-tier providers to meet the needs of our expanding services.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in a sales, business development, or care coordination role, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field
• Proven ability to develop relationships and grow referral pipelines
