Job Description
Mindful Support Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team as they expand into new markets and deepen their presence in existing ones. The ideal candidate will play a key role in establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers, agencies, and other strategic partners to ensure a steady flow of high-quality referrals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales, business development, or care coordination role, preferably within healthcare, behavioral health, or a related field
- Proven ability to develop relationships and grow referral pipelines
