Job Description
As a Client Success Project Manager, you'll lead the successful delivery of client programmes, act as a thought partner to clients, and ensure programmes deliver against client goals and success measures.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience managing client-facing projects or programmes
- Background within consulting, agency, learning, professional services or a similar environment preferred
- Experience managing medium to high complexity stakeholders and delivery programmes
- Strong project management and organisational capability
- Commercial awareness and confidence managing client relationships
- Project management qualifications are beneficial but not essential
