Manufacturing Engineer

Role Overview

Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven individual to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment. Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the quality control production process, fall-out, audits and ISO; ensuring that division and departmental practices comply with company requirements; achieve stated objectives and meet current ISO standards.

What You Will Do

Investigate and resolve operational problems, including equipment issues, material variances, and production bottlenecks, to maintain smooth operations. Develops, implements and maintains methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture or fabrication of parts, components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies.

Requirements

• BS Degree with 3 years of Manufacturing Engineer / Process Engineering experience
• PCBA / SMT experience
• In-depth understanding of manufacturing processes
• Understanding of standard product development processes
• Knowledge of DFx
• Understanding of PFMEA, Six Sigma processes
