Job Description
We are looking to hire a Receptionist cum Customer Service Executive for one of our clients. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in a similar role in the service industry, excellent communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the service industry
- Excellent communication skills in English, with fluency in Sinhala and Tamil preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, customer-focused attitude
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative tasks
- Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
