We are looking for a Recruiting Lead to lead and grow our recruiting team while executing full-cycle recruitment for key roles. The ideal candidate is a highly driven professional with experience in recruiting, leadership, and data analysis.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years in recruiting, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership or coordination role.
- Proven ability to handle hands-on recruiting while managing a team.
- Experience recruiting tech and/or digital profiles is a plus.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Data-driven mindset with comfort using tools like Manatal, Monday, and HubSpot.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- High adaptability, ownership, and initiative.
