Job Description
Mindtickle is looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in IT infrastructure/operations and expertise in administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in progressive IT infrastructure/operations experience.
- Proven experience in a similar IT support or systems administration role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Jamf Pro and MDM (Mobile Device Management) concepts.
- Expertise in administering Google Workspace and Microsoft 365.
- Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies and integrations.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for macOS and Windows environments.
- Familiarity with any cloud platforms.
- Solid understanding of user onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Experience with ticketing systems and providing high-quality user support.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
