Job Description
The Service Manager role is responsible for all Steel Mill service operations in the designated region. This position will require travel.
Requirements
- Minimum of five years' experience in refractory sales or industrial manufacturing (preferably steelmaking)
- Prior experience supervising a work group
- Significant knowledge and experience in sales and marketing, customer service, and business acumen
- Good leadership, management, interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
