Job Description
Mini-Circuits is seeking an Engineering Project Manager I to coordinate teams to deliver projects across multiple locations, manage resources, schedules, documentation, and financials, and adhere to stage gate quality. The EPM will run projects on a day-to-day basis, verify that the project produces the required deliverables of quality, within the specified constraints of time and cost, and to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or similar engineering field of study required
- 0-2 years of experience in Project Management in an RF Product Development environment
- Basic understanding of RF components and the product development process
- Proficient in the use of Project Management, ERP, and PLM tools (JIRA, Smartsheet and/or Arena desirable)
- Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills
- Experience using Excel for database management
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership, diplomatic, and motivational abilities
- Ability to understand and manage the interdependence between technology, operations, and business needs
