Engineering Project Manager I/II leads cross-functional product development initiatives from concept through production and catalog release. This role builds strong internal and external partnerships to deliver high-quality RF & Microwave solutions, drives structured project planning and execution, and manages multiple concurrent programs.
Requirements
- BS Electrical Engineering with 3 years related experience OR MS Electrical Engineering with 1 year related experience with RF or Microwave industries
- Strong research, analytical, and presentation skills
- Experienced in the use of Project Management, ERP, and PLM tools (JIRA, Smartsheet, and/or Arena desirable)
- Experienced using Excel for database management (sorting, filtering, processing, categorizing, and graphing skills are essential)
- Experienced using PowerPoint for generating engineering, sales, and marketing presentations. Graphing skills are essential
- Exceptional interpersonal communication skills
- Capable of determining methods and procedures on new assignments and capable of coordinating activities of cross-functional personnel (Team Lead)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to ask questions, articulate customer requests, and report back to the Mini-Circuits team
- Demonstrated ability to deliver on-time results and be accountable
- Detail-oriented and well-organized
- Demonstrated ability to coach, lead, and get results through others
