Job Description
Mini Melts of America is an established leader in cryogenically frozen ice cream. We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth within the region and build strong relationships with key clients.
Requirements
- Understanding of sales principles, market dynamics, and customer behavior
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Sales experience in the food and beverage industry preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
- Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to travel within the region as needed
