Talent Acquisition Executive

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support our growing team by overseeing recruitment operations and ensuring a smooth hiring process. This position is based in Dubai and involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally within the UAE.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with visa and permit processes (PRO experience is an advantage).
