The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding coordination. The role focuses on attracting high-quality talent aligned with organizational objectives while ensuring a positive candidate experience and compliance with UAE labor regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of recruitment experience (UAE experience preferred).
- Experience in high-volume recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor market and visa processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (M365 preferred).
- Experience using HRIS or ATS systems is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Negotiation and influencing ability.
- Time management and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
