First Presbyterian Church of McMinnville is seeking a Director of Children, Youth, & Collaborative Ministries to lead their ministry to students from kindergarten through high school, emphasizing holistic faith development and equipping students to engage the world missionally.

Requirements

• Evidence of training and experience in ministry to children and youth.
• Personal spiritual commitment to serving Jesus Christ in all areas of life.
• Willingness to be guided by the governance and theology of the PC(USA).
• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in secondary areas such as Sound / Livestream technology, bookkeeping, or building management is a plus.
