Job Description
The Government Street Presbyterian Church is seeking a Director of Christian Education to lead their Christian education ministry, overseeing faith formation from birth through adulthood. The ideal candidate is a hope-filled, enthusiastic, and relational leader with a passion for kids and families, capable of navigating a diverse theological environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Christian education, theology, or a related field
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in children's ministry
- Commitment to Reformed theology and the mission of the PCUSA
- Proficiency in technical tools such as Canva, Google Docs, and Realm church management software
- Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively across all generations
