• Proven experience in managing parallel delivery of complex technical and business change initiatives.
• Demonstrated ability to understand technical and functional requirements within a business context and translate this to a non-technical audience.
• Self-managing, with the ability to perform a range of tasks under competing demands, prioritise effectively and escalate issues accordingly.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating effectively with various internal and external stakeholders to deliver shared goals.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of the machinery of government and processes that apply within the public sector.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills for various audiences.
