Case Manager | Kaituitui - Eastern Bay of Plenty

This is a full-time, permanent case manager role working with New Zealanders navigating challenging life situations, helping them connect to the right support at the right time. You'll make decisions that impact whanau and communities, balancing empathy and policy, speed and accuracy. The role involves supporting clients with income, housing, and employment, and managing a busy caseload across multiple systems while keeping accurate notes.
