Work Broker - Whakatane: We're looking for a dynamic, driven individual to build relationships with employers, understand their hiring needs, and connect them with the right candidates.

Requirements

• Relevant or transferrable experience in business development, recruitment, or labour market engagement
• Strong relationships with employers, understanding of hiring needs, and ability to connect them with candidates
• Proven experience in recruitment, sales, account management, business development, or similar roles
• Experience collaborating with regional labour market teams or in roles focused on addressing local employment needs and creating job opportunities
• Ability to travel within the region to meet with employers and attend engagement activities as needed
• Full NZ Driver Licence
