Minitab is seeking a skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to play a key role in developing and maintaining our infrastructure and deployment pipelines.
Requirements
- Develop & Maintain Infrastructure and Deployment Pipelines
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless and efficient software delivery.
- Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration management.
- Help manage and maintain development and production infrastructure, ensuring environments are stable, scalable, secure, and suitable for continuous testing and delivery.
- Participate in an on-call rotation to address urgent infrastructure issues and support system reliability.
- Change Requests & Infrastructure Support
- Manage requests across systems and environments, including updates to settings, permissions, and components.
- Provide timely support for infrastructure-related issues to minimize disruption and improve service quality.
- Maintain documentation and procedures for request handling and issue resolution to ensure consistency and operational efficiency.
- Communication & Collaboration
- Communicate progress and status of assigned work in accordance with team and company practices.
- Participate in code reviews, seeking and incorporating feedback from teammates, reviewers, and domain experts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet shared goals and deliverables on schedule.
