Requirements
- Act as a point of contact between for our Sales team, and liaise with Finance and our customers to facilitate order processing and customer account updates
- Maintain accurate customer records, ensuring key account details are up to date
- Provide pre- and post-sales support, resolving customer inquiries efficiently
- Assist with CRM data management and general process improvements
- Support the Revenue Operations team with ad hoc projects and ongoing initiatives
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and operational discussions to enhance efficiency
