Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited four-year college or university with a bachelor's degree in business, public administration, court administration, or related field
- Significant court supervisory, management, and administrative experience
- Strong operational expertise in court administration, including caseflow management, records management, court procedures, legal documentation, and the effective use of automated information systems and technology
- Demonstrated ability to lead in a complex, multi-county operational environment
- Proven leadership and personnel management skills, including the ability to plan, assign, supervise, train, evaluate, and develop staff
- Ability to analyze complex operations and drive strategic improvements
