Requirements
- Accurately complete administrative work by performing high level case processing and data entry work for mental health cases
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, serving as the primary point of contact for scheduling hearings
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting and communicating with court users in a professional, courteous, and respectful manner
- Coordinate, communicate, and collaborate on work with team members to ensure efficient and accurate case processing
- Review and process all filings for timeliness, statutory compliance, and proper document security
