Job Description
Minnkota Power Cooperative is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our team as a GIS Intern for the summer of 2026.
Requirements
- Assist staff in updating and correcting geospatial data
- Modify feature classes in an enterprise geodatabase
- Edit attribute table data
- Assist in GIS data entry and retrieval
- Create maps and map series for projects
- Update maps as needed
- Run basic queries to extract records from datasets
- Navigate Minnkota’s ERP system for asset information
