The role involves monitoring and analyzing regulatory developments, translating complex requirements into practical guidance, and leading regulatory proceedings and filings.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in North Dakota and Minnesota
• Valid driver's license
