Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or similar is highly preferred
- A genuine interest in hospitality and a strong guest-centric mindset
- Flexibility, resilience, and openness to learning across different environments
- Readiness to work in operational settings that may be physically demanding
- A sense of ownership over personal development and professional behaviour
- Fluency in English. Additional languages are a strong advantage
