Ascent Management Trainee

Ascent Management Trainee is an 18-month management development programme designed to support aspiring hospitality professionals with the potential and motivation to grow into future leadership roles within Minor Hotels.

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or similar is highly preferred
• A genuine interest in hospitality and a strong guest-centric mindset
• Flexibility, resilience, and openness to learning across different environments
• Readiness to work in operational settings that may be physically demanding
• A sense of ownership over personal development and professional behaviour
• Fluency in English. Additional languages are a strong advantage
