Job Description
Oaks Lake Crackenback resort is seeking a passionate and motivated Commis Chef to join their dynamic Kitchen team on a casual basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting culinary operations and have the opportunity to develop their skills in a supportive and professional kitchen environment.
Requirements
- Certificate III cookery qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of Modern Australian Cuisine
- Knowledge and understanding of HACCP and OH&S
- Flexibility to work a range of different shifts, including weekends
- Ability to work under pressure within a dynamic team environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
