Job Description
We are looking for a Business & Strategy Senior Consultant to join our team in Lima. As a Senior Consultant, you will work with leading clients in their sector, involving yourself in interesting projects and adding value and solutions to the clients' problems. Our work format is hybrid, so we need you to reside in Lima.
Requirements
- Between 3 and 5 years of experience in business consulting in the implementation of different methodologies of Change Management
- Indispensable experience in the management of technological transformation projects
- Experience in the definition of communication and training plans
- High level of English, with a level that allows you to work in this language in a fluid way
- Reside in Lima
