Business&Strategy Consultant Sr Change Management

We are looking for a Business & Strategy Consultant, Sr Change Management to join our team at Minsait Business Consulting, an Indra Company. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in a related field, 1-4 years of experience in business consulting, and a high level of English proficiency. Our work format is hybrid, and we need you to reside in Lima, Peru.

Requirements

• University degree in Engineering, Psychology, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
• 1-4 years of experience in business consulting in projects related to Change Management and/or Process Reengineering
• High level of English proficiency
• Knowledge of tools (R, SQL, Power BI, etc.) and methodologies (Lean, Agile, etc.)
• High commitment and proactivity required, good analytical capacity and orientation to results, interpersonal skills, and spirit of cooperation and teamwork proactivity, orientation to results
