Security Guard - Overnight

Mint Cannabis is seeking a Security Guard to join their team. The Security Guard will be responsible for maintaining the safety and security of Mint Cannabis facilities, employees, and patients. They will conduct regular patrols, monitor entrances and exits, and respond to incidents. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of security experience, strong observation skills, and a positive attitude. Requirements

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, or suspicious activity
• Monitor entrances, exits, and facility access to ensure only authorized personnel and customers are on-site
• Enforce all security protocols, company policies, and state cannabis compliance requirements
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security incidents
• Provide first aid or emergency assistance when necessary
• Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and helping staff and patients feel at ease
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of all security-related activities
• Travel between store locations as needed for support and coverage
