The Mint Cannabis is seeking an experienced Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager to lead a team of 25-50 people, inspire a welcoming environment, and promote the company's culture. The successful candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills, and be committed to shaping the cannabis industry.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of customer service experience (preferred)
• 1 year of retail management experience (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in the retail cannabis industry (preferred)
• 1 year of cash handling experience (preferred)
