Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to oversee event execution at the Heritage Center and occasionally at other Mintahoe serviced venues. The role ensures exceptional client satisfaction by coordinating all event details between Mintahoe’s team and Heritage Center’s management.
Requirements
- 3+ years of event, banquet, or hospitality leadership experience
- Strong leadership and staff training abilities are important
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Highly detail-oriented, observant, and solutions-focused under pressure
- Professional demeanor and reliable follow-through
- Adequate computer skills for event communication and documentation
- Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
