Trade Concierge

Minted is seeking a Wedding Trade Concierge to provide white-glove service to our community of Wedding Professionals, building long-term relationships and supporting their customers' experience.

Requirements

• Build a long-term relationship with every Wedding trade professional
• Serve as a dedicated customer advocate and brand ambassador
• Host consultations with wedding planners and customers over video chat
• Handle all email communication with the Wedding professionals and their customers
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and accurately
• Use support tools & training to respond to inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for improving the customer experience and share those with leadership
• Maintain detailed notes on every interaction with the Wedding trade professional and their customers
