Job Description
Join Minto as a Construction Technician to support the construction team in delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a Construction Technician, you will contribute to the construction of assigned homes from framing to completion, identify deficiencies, and perform repairs in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High School Diploma is an asset
- Minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience
- Computer skills are an asset
- General knowledge of residential construction repairs
- Communication skills (listening, verbal and written)
- Independent worker
- Dependable/Reliable
- Team Player
- Flexible to move to different projects and jobs
- Attention to detail
- Bilingualism is an asset
- A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle are required
